FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

Q1. Is STIFIn a universal concept.

Answer: Yes, STIFIn is a universal concept

Q2. What are the research results from the independent team?

Answer: In the preliminary research carried out by an independent research team from Malaysia consisting of Prof. Dr. Mohammed Zin Nordin (Psychometric Expert), DR. Mohd. Suhaimi Mohamad (Personality Expert), and DR. Wan Shahrazad Wan Sulaiman (Personality Expert) concluded that:

  1. The nine STIFIn personalities when tested in inventory form showed GOOD and HIGH reliability with an alpha coefficient of 0.849, and
  2. A significant correlation was found between the STIFIn Test Results and other test tools (Tundra Game Activity Simulation) using the chi-square statistical test. They are currently conducting further research using a larger sample.

Q3: Can STIFIn be used to compile the following competencies with their KPIs?

Answer: In determining job title, competency, and KPI if considering STIFIn will be more perfect. Example: job title, competency, and KPI for finance people should use performance qualifications as the Si type which must be efficient, fast, and thorough. The STIFIn reference not only makes it easier to choose the person but also makes it easier to coach and evaluate.

Q4: According to Prof. Sarlito, fingerprints can only be used to identify a person and have nothing to do with behavior. Even according to neuroscientists, there is no relationship between fingerprints and the brain, just as there is no relationship between DNA and the brain. FP’s explanation?

Answer: Regarding the brain’s relationship to intelligence and behavior, we can refer to the opinion of neuroscientist Ned Herrman.

  1. About there being a relationship between the STIFIn Fingerprint Test and psychometrics, one can refer to the research of Prof. Dr. Mohammed Zin Nordin (Psychometric Expert), DR. Mohd. Suhaimi Mohamad (Personality Expert), and DR. Wan Shahrazad Wan Sulaiman (Personality Expert) as found in FAQ no. 2 above.
  2. Scientists who have special expertise (deep-view) also need to add insight (heli-view). For example, the inspiration from the film Jurrasic Park, Harun Yahya’s explanation about the rearrangement of each person’s fingerprints after the apocalypse, the assurance of the mutawattir hadith about azbuzzanab; all of that gives confidence that genetic information is able to rebuild a person (starting from their fingerprints to their brain structure) precisely. Whereas every brain is unique!!! Every fingerprint is unique!!! And with just one DNA, all of that uniqueness can be brought back. With such insight, any neuroscientist should conclude that there is a relationship between DNA-brain-intelligence/character of a person. In-depth research on this matter is indeed needed.

Q5: Why are there still many things that have not been researched but have been turned into businesses?

Answer: The most important thing is that STIFIn has started researching internally for more than 10 years and directly tested it on clients until it was finally as accurate as it is now. To confirm that the STIFIn Test results are accurate, we use an independent research team (see FAQ in no. 2 above). This means that we have fulfilled the primary needs for doing business, namely that we sell tests that have proven their accuracy. That then there are many other things that still need to be researched, these are more secondary needs. And of course it requires the participation of many parties.

Q6: Comparison of IQ with STIFIn?

Answer: STIFIn recognizes only 5 intelligences plus 9 genetic personalities. If compared with other intelligence concepts, then the 9 genetic personalities ala STIFIn can be made equal as follows: Si with MQ (Memory Quotients), Sedg PQ (Physical Quotients), Ti with TQ (Technical Quotients), Te with LQ (Logical Quotients), li with CQ (Creativity Quotients), le with Spa-Q (Spatial Quotients), Fi with EQ (Emotional Quotients), Fe with Soc-Q (Social Quotients), and In with AQ (Altruist Quotients). While IQ (Intelectual Quotients) has an excess portion on LQ, TQ, MQ, Spa-Q and less on other types of quotients. In fact, according to STIFIn, the 9 quotients have equal strength.

Q7: What is the actual difference between the STIFIn concept and Howard Gardner’s Multiple Intelligence concept?

Answer: 1. STIFIn refers to Jung’s single intelligence, which means that although all hemispheres of the brain function, they are absolutely controlled by one hemisphere that actively plays a role as the leader of the entire brain. Whereas in MI, each hemisphere of the brain can function simultaneously and proportionally.

2.MI divides intelligence into 9, while in STIFIn there are only 5. In STIFIn the 9 are genetic personalities (hereinafter referred to as PG).

3.When comparing the 9 STIFIn PGs with the 9 MI intelligences, we think that the STIFIn significance scales are more equal. Here is the comparison:

  1.  Interpersonal Intelligence is equivalent to PG type Fe (Soc-Q)
  2. Intrapersonal Intelligence is equivalent to PG type Fi (EQ)
  3. Logical Mathematical Intelligence is equivalent to PG type Te (LQ)
  4. Visual Spatial Intelligence is equivalent to PG type le (Spa-Q)
  5. Body Kinesthetic Intelligence is equivalent to PG type Se (PQ)
  6. Verbal Linguistic Intelligence is equivalent to PG type Si (MQ)
  7. Musical Intelligence, Naturalist Intelligence, and Spiritual Intelligence are equivalent to PG type In (AQ)

This means that the 3 intelligences in number 7 are too large in scale, whereas there are still 2 types of PG that have not been given a place, namely Ti (TQ) and li (CQ). Or in short, where does MI put creative intelligence and technical intelligence? Maybe the answer is merged into other types of intelligence. Whereas according to STIFIn they have their own existence that is equal to other types of intelligence.

4.Based on the classification as described in number 3 above, it can be concluded that MI tends to measure downstream, while STIFIn is able to see the origin of the source upstream.

Q8: What is the difference between STIFIn and MBTI?

Answer: Although both are Jungian (followers of Jung) but still have differences. MBTI is divided into 16 personality types while STIFIn 9 personalities. The first difference, the 16 MBTI personalities are measured based on behavior, while STIFIn maps genetically by knowing the dominance of the brain hemisphere and brain layers. The result is STIFIn is simpler but divides distinctively (the differences between one and the other are clear), while MBTI overlaps. The second difference, the Judging and Perceiving elements in MBTI stand alone whereas according to STIFIn they are attached to the diagonal of production and organization so they do not need to exist alone. The third difference, in STIFIn the introvert and extrovert functions are merely drives to the basic function while in MBTI they stand equal to other basic functions. The fourth difference, in MBTI does not recognize the existence of the basic function of Instinct (In).

Q9: How is the STIFIn test different from other fingerprint tests and non-fingerprint tests?

Answer: Other fingerprint tests conclude that dominant intelligence is determined based on the dominance of brain hardware, while STIFIn concludes the type of intelligence based on the brain’s operating system. Other non-fingerprint tests tend to measure visible behavior that can be measured, so there is a possibility of change if retested.

Q10: Why can fingerprints determine intelligence?

Answer: The brain and fingerprints are connected by the same nervous system. The brain has a nervous system with a ‘face’ that appears on the fingerprints. The formula for reading the ‘face’ of nerves in fingerprints by STIFIn is to answer a simple question: where are the dominant hemispheres and brain layers located? The dominant hemisphere determines the type of intelligence, while the dominant brain layer determines personality.

Q11: If 10 fingers are missing, can you test?

Answer: Not possible now. But someday when the cost of testing using corneas or DNA can be produced cheaply, it can be done.

Q12: After the STIFIn test, what should the school do for the child?

Answer: Elements that influence education from upstream to downstream: national education system, education curriculum, school policies, and teacher competencies. So ideally, teachers need to be trained to teach using the STIFIn method. Then schools also need to divide classes based on STIFIn classes. However, if all of that cannot be done now, then outside school hours parents need to train their children using the STIFIn method.

Q13: What does it mean to overcome weaknesses in a prompt manner (naturally)?

Answer: The strengths and weaknesses of a person’s intelligence are already a package. Strengths must be funded to develop, while weaknesses are allowed to develop naturally. What is meant by natural is that when faced with a problem that requires weaknesses to appear positively, that is when the weaknesses are corrected. There is no need for special training and additional spending to overcome these weaknesses.

Q14: 8 of 9 personalities should be specialists, not generalists, but how do you become a specialist?

Answer: For those who should be specialists, try to be more focused and avoid multitasking. There is a saying that if strengths come then weaknesses disappear. Use a priority scale. Successfully setting priorities is the first step to becoming a specialist. The next step is to stretch the work. The work scale from the previous work span scale of 1 to 10 is increased to a span of 1 to 100 (or becomes much more detailed and deep). Automatically your energy and time will be more absorbed in one focus of the work that has been stretched. Make a commitment to others with a span scale of 100.

Q 15: For type F with blood type B, what profession optimizes their potential?

Answer: After knowing the type of intelligence, the next most important sequence is knowing the drive (as a genetic personality shaper), then knowing the capacity (big head), then the last sequence is about blood type. Remember the blood type only serves as a ‘postman’ or messenger, he does not make decisions. So the short answer is, if the type F has a big head with blood type B, the optimal potential is to be an inspirator or motivator.

Q 16: I am type Fi and want to start a culinary business. My background is in Physics, Masters in Communication, and I already have a broadcast school. What are your suggestions, FP?

Answer: Ha..ha..ha.. you feel that your background is very diverse and jumps around. I’m afraid that the background gives the meaning that if you pursue anything, you will not finish it. Having a broadcast school is actually suitable for you. You should pursue the broadcast school business by leveraging it to a higher level. One way is to find a partner or appoint a director who is a le or li type. The culinary business will only be suitable if your motive is to make culinary as your path to popularity. Farah Quinn easily gained popularity because her type is F.

Q 17: My child is said to have a good memory, why does my child forget to put away shoes or books?

Answer: Although he sometimes forgets where he put his books or shoes, it doesn’t mean he has a bad memory. The Si type tends to be overactive so he can’t stay still and focus for a long time. His memory is very good in terms of vocabulary but is slightly lacking in remembering events. He is like a complete dictionary but sometimes he is ‘blank’. Overall, he is still a good rememberer.

Q 18: How is kleptomania explained?

Answer: There is no link between a certain type of intelligence and kleptomania. Kleptomania is a mental disorder that must be handled psychiatrically.

Q 19: Entrepreneurship is better for type I, does that mean other types can’t be entrepreneurs?

Answer: All types can be entrepreneurs, but other types if they compete with type I especially in the courage to take risks and business projections will lose. So the way to become an entrepreneur must go through another door, namely: type S plays volume even though the profit is thin, type T strengthens with systems and technology, type F strengthens human resources and relationships, type In by strengthening delivery and service.

Q 20: Regarding the priority of school and profession, there are still 4 choices for each type, how to determine one of them?

Answer: Measure the size of the head to determine capacity. Then study the family support factor. Third, consider the appropriate experience (himself and his parents) that can be used as capital. From the three potentials, conclude about the class of his courage. So if his courage is high, he should take a school or profession that is more difficult among the 4 offered, because at a higher level, the level of competition is usually less.

Q 21: Which Si type is suitable for psychology?

Answer: Suitable for popular psychology, such as developmental psychology, while industrial and clinical psychology are next in line.

Q 22: Medicine is suitable for Li, Ti, and Si. What if I am not one of the three but am interested in medicine?

Answer: Li is indeed a healer, Ti is great at diagnosis, Si is meticulous in examining and has a very complete memory of medicine. If you are not the three, you can still enter the medical field by: Se must be diligent and not careless, Te must not take things lightly, Le must be disciplined, F type must be able to lead himself to focus, and In is willing to reverse his learning method from deductive to inductive.

Q 23: What kind of concrete treatment is needed to optimize intelligence?

Answer: First of all, after knowing the intelligence is to determine the PROFESSION OF CHOICE that is ‘really me’. Follow up by taking the appropriate school, the appropriate major, the appropriate course, finding the appropriate coach, investing seriously to run a designed program for 10 thousand hours, finding the right habitat.

Q 24: STIFIn opponents reject the concept of categorizing people?

Answer: It is true that everyone can be whoever they want to be, because the potential to be anyone is available in every human being. STIFIn’s grouping aims when choosing to be someone, choose the one with the best potential. So that the path is easy. However, if he wants to choose the ‘difficult path’ because in the chosen box the potential capital is small, then he must be willing to accept a greater risk of failure. This is the theory of opportunity, not compartmentalization. Like boys like cars and girls like dolls, of course that is not compartmentalization, but a difference in taste choices due to differences in chromosomes. Likewise, the consequences of differences in intelligence machines.

Q 25: How to avoid the side effects of apologetics on personal weakness?

Answer: Example: person T will say, “I’m sorry if I’m cruel… STIFIn said so.”

It is still good for someone to be aware of their weaknesses. However, exploiting them apologetically can be likened to ‘a beggar who loves his poverty’. Of course, it will lower his dignity (self-esteem) if it is done continuously. The right attitude is to be aware of the weakness and immediately fix it when needed. Let the improvement happen naturally.

Q 26: What is the best parenting style for parents towards children?

Answer: Regarding parenting style towards children, it should be 100% fully following the child’s intelligence. Train according to their intelligence. Then so that their child has ‘two legs’ (one leg of their own, two full encouragement from their parents) then each parent needs to support by imitating the parent’s style according to the type in a position one step back in a pentagon relationship (read the STIFIn Personality book).

Q 27: What is meant by drive:

  1. Moved (Si)
  2. Printed (Se)
  3. Deep (Ti)
  4. Expand (Te)
  5. Flying (li)
  6. Landing (le)
  7. Loved (Fi)
  8. Love (Fe)
  9. Automatic (In)

Answer

  1. Moved: Driving his energy from within out
  2. Printed: Drives its memory from outside to inside as dictated (printed)
  3. Deep: Thinking from the inside out is like digging a well.
  4. Extensive: Powerful by bringing responsibility from the outside to the inside
  5. Flying: Bringing words from the inside out is like flying knowledge into outer space.
  6. Landing: Bringing ideas from the sky down to earth because the steering is from the outside in.
  7. Loved: Abundant love is brought from the inside out so that many people love it
  8. Love: To get love you have to love many people because the steering wheel takes you from the outside to the inside.
  9. Automatic: Always reacts automatically to an event using instinct because it has no steering wheel.

Q 28: What is the difference between intelligence machines, drives, blood types, and head sizes?

Answer: The intelligence machine is determined based on the hemispheres of the brain that act as an operating system that is genetic and will never change. The drive/steering is determined based on the white layer (the brain cells are dense so that they steer from the inside out, called “i”) or gray (the brain cells are sparse so that they steer from the outside in, called “e”). This personality is genetic and does not change

Gol. Blood only acts as a postman that carries messages from the five senses to the brain, but usually in deciding an important matter, the brain still takes over depending on the level of concentration of the person concerned.

Big head is related to brain capacity or intelligence level, people with big heads have a large number of brain cells so they can accommodate more data and become more sophisticated machines. The average head circumference depends on the type of nation, for Asian sizes, a baby boy’s head circumference of 37cm is already at a good level of intelligence, while in adult men it is 58cm, in women it is enough to be 80%. There are times when people whose head circumference is large but not intelligent, it is because their dendrites fail to connect which can be caused by 2 things, namely unhealthy behavior and inadequate nutrition.

Q 29: How to balance between the right brain and the left brain?

Answer: We only need to know which hemisphere of the brain is most active in acting as the operating system, if the left brain is the operating system then focus and allocate the largest investment in the left brain, while the right brain does not need to be trained because it is just a waste of time and money, but the results are not optimal. If the left brain is trained well then the results will spread to the other hemispheres of the brain.

Q 30: What is the meaning of: looking for STAGE (Si), FIELD (Se), SITE (Ti), FACTORY (Te), PROGRAM (Ii), BUSINESS (Ie), PLATFORM (Fi), CADRES (Fe), and ROLE (In)?

Answer

  1. Stage: Si people must appear in front of the screen or at every event.
  2. Field: People must have a business or project to turn their money around.
  3. Footprint: People Tiharus have an office to work and have power
  4. Factory: People must have an organization or machine that can make money.
  5. Program: People must have a program to carry out their wild ideas.
  6. Business: People must create something that can become a creative business.
  7. Platform: People are in groups or organizations to have followers
  8. Cadres: People must have subordinates/successors who are trained to become successful people.
  9. Role: People must be involved in various activities so that their role can expand.

Q 31: How do you explain that the STIFIn test is not a prediction?

Answer: STIFIn’s task is only to find out a person’s dominant hemisphere and brain layer and cannot predict when person S will be rich, when person T will be rich, powerful, and so on. If we already know the dominant part and layer of the brain, then the chance of success will be higher when we try on the path which is in accordance with our intelligence engine. That is because we are grateful for the right knowledge.

Q 32: What is the actual meaning and intent of introvert and extrovert?

Answer: The meaning of introvert (small i) is the steering of intelligence that directs intelligence from the inside out while extrovert (small e) is the steering of intelligence that directs intelligence from the outside in. In fact, small i-e is different from big I-E. Introvert (big I) means a personality that tends to be quiet, withdrawn, and gloomy so that it tends to be considered a negative trait by psychologists, while Extrovert (big E) means a personality that is more open, mingle, outgoing and more confident so that psychologists tend to consider it a positive trait. In contrast to small i-e, both are positive. In addition, small i-e is genetic and will never change throughout life, while I-E is a personality that can be observed from the outside based on behavior and can change throughout a person’s life.

Q 33: What are the benefits of the STIFIn Test for married couples?

Answer: By using the STIFIn Test we will know the relationship patterns in the family, so we can know how to make our husbands happy or vice versa and effective ways to give attention and train children. In addition, it can also be used to harmonize the relationship between the ‘bed’ and ‘kitchen’ or even find the right family business. And all of that is a convincing analysis based on which hemisphere and layer of the brain is dominant.

Q 34: Can autistic children benefit from the STIFIn test?

Answer: Autism can be minimized by bringing the environmental situation into their attention with emotional-bonding techniques. If we know the type of intelligence machine of an autistic person, then we know how to approach them and choose the right person to approach them. Healing with emotional-bonding techniques is a long-term process that requires patience. STIFIn helps to make it easier to handle so that the healing process can be faster.

Q 35: What does “SELF CLUE” mean?

Answer: SELF-KLUE means keywords or the essence or characteristics of a person’s self that need to be used as the main reference in making decisions, especially in deciding on a school, profession and business.

Q 36: What is the meaning of incubating creation in li?

Answer: Incubating a creation means caring for, nurturing, growing or enlarging the creation so that it can be processed from a raw idea into a semi-finished product, and processed again into a mature creation.

Q 37: What is the meaning of the 3rd eye for Instinctive people?

Answer: The meaning of the 3rd eye is the same as the arrival of instinct without a thought process or called the seventh sense, meaning being able to see something that other people cannot see because of instinctive intelligence, without going through a thought process or happening spontaneously.

Q 38: What is the best way for a child with a super intelligence machine to become a doctor?

Answer: In general, it is actually not very suitable because basically a doctor’s job is to diagnose and prescribe appropriate medication and that job is more suitable for T and Si people (science that adheres to procedures and experience). If you still want to be a doctor, it is better to focus on learning about preemptive and preventive medical science from now on, not curative medicine. Or even learn medical science that is projected to emerge in the future.

Q 39: What are the possibilities that can make Fi people tend to be serious, not talkative and withdrawn?

Answer: There are 3 possibilities, namely blood type, environmental influences, and genetic factors of parents. Simply put, if it is a boy, look at his mother and if it is a girl, look at her father. It is possible that one or both parents passed on the T hardware.

Q 40: Why do Instinct children often change sandals or shoes?

Answer: Frequently change sandals or shoes because they break quickly. The way In people stand, walk, and run is like ‘lacking culture’. They put all their weight on their shoes, the change of foot movements when walking and running tends to be ‘lazy’, causing a lot of horizontal (with the other foot) and vertical (with the ground) friction.

Q 41: How is the consistency of the STIFIn Test compared to the MBTI Test?

Answer: STIFIn also has an inventory (or questionnaire test), there are even two versions (made by the Malaysian research team and my own). The STIFIn inventory and the MBTI inventory and all other types of inventories – whatever they are – are only able to measure PHENOTYPE (visible behavior). So the suitability of the STIFIn Test (which measures GENETICS) with other TEST inventories cannot be used as an indicator of accuracy. So to measure the validity of the STIFIn Test, external validity is used through other forms of tests, such as simulations, in-depth interviews, or observations.

Q 42: There are machines with the same intelligence and blood type, but their personalities seem different? Why are the athletic traits that should be present in a person not visible?

Answer: Personality determinants other than the HEMISPHERE and LAYER of the brain (or called genetic personality) can also come from different hardware due to different hereditary genetic sources and or different forging. Once again, differences in blood type are not the source of personality differences, but are merely postmen who bring messages to the brain with different packaging.

The physical properties are an explanation of the hardware. If it is related to hardware, it can only be used as a mere inclination. Indeed, it may not be suitable because there are hereditary genetic factors.

Body shapes such as athletic, pycnic, asthenic, dysplastic, and stenic have their own criteria by comparing the composition of the body’s bone shape, not just by looking at the height of the body.

Q 43: The two twins who are both Fe have different personalities. The younger sibling is very much like F, while the older sibling is very much like T.

Answer: God willing, the test results are not wrong. If there are different twins, it could be that they come from different genetic hardware, one from the mother and the other from the father. But don’t worry, it will be proven in time that their intelligence engines are actually the same.

Q 44: Some people argue that the STIFIn Test is inhumane because it maps people based only on 5 intelligence engines. It is not specific per individual. For example, both are Te people but the Te of person A and person B should be specifically different. What do you think, sir?

Answer: It is true that the STIFIn Test classifies people into 5 types of intelligence and 9 genetic personalities. so the test result template is indeed only 9 types. In terms of genetic personality, everyone in this world is assigned to one of the 9 that exist. There is no 10th type.

So, what is the same among all people when viewed from their genetic personality is indeed only 9 types. However, if distinguished based on other elements, of course each person will be unique. Other forms of differentiation include: non-genetic personality (or the result of environmental training), brain capacity, blood type, other genetic elements inherited from parents including types of diseases, contributions of experience, education, nutritional intake, and many other things. All of that is differentiating. The strength of the STIFIn concept lies precisely after the differentiating elements that make each human unique are then sought for what is the same between them, 9 distinctive genetic personalities are found that are not disturbed by other differentiating elements.

Why is it considered inhumane? There are only 2 genders. There are only 4 blood types. There are only 5 intelligence machines. There are only 9 genetic personalities. That is actually a genius simplification. Finding similarities among the jungle of uniqueness is actually greatness. Just imagine if everyone’s genetic composition was arranged digitally, each person had trillions of digital combinations. When the various digital combinations were searched for patterns and then similarities were found, then 9 identical digital combinations were found based on their genetic personalities. Wow, that is actually a fantastic discovery. 9 similarities were found from trillions of digital combinations.

Let’s look at this discovery with wise glasses. There is no need to deny the existence of similarities which are actually beautiful designs from the Creator.

At this stage, we from STIFIn can only reveal the test results in 9 genetic personalities. It is possible that next time the STIFIn Test will be combined with a person’s hardware measurement combined again with their blood type so that their uniqueness can be seen more. However, we currently think it is not the time yet.

Q 45: Please explain about 5 ideal majors in STIFIn-based schools? Is it permissible to have cross-intelligence for certain majors? How to start establishing a school or university based on STIFIn?

Answer: Simply put, STIFIn schools or universities should be divided into 5 academies, namely:

  1. Achievement Academy with the indicator of the success of its graduates becoming CHAMPIONS.
  2. The Pentas Academy has a TARIFF with indicators of the success of its graduates.
  3. The Activist Academy with indicators of the success of its graduates has a good socio-political RATING.
  4. Business Academy with indicators of the success of its graduates generating PROFIT.
  5. Professional Academy with an indicator of the success of its graduates in obtaining a SALARY.

All five can start at once, or they can also start gradually.

The criteria for entering the academy are not based on STIFIn’s intelligence machine but based on the success targets as indicators of each academy. This must be agreed upon by the parents and the child concerned. And it must not change in the middle of the road.

However, if you have entered the major (training program) it must be in accordance with STIFIn, either in the first rank suitability or the second rank suitability. Example of the first rank suitability: T can enter the achievement academy if the major is becoming a student star. Type S can also enter the achievement academy if the type of achievement is sports. Example of the second rank suitability: type T can also become an athlete as long as it is for the appropriate type of sport, for example if swimming must be breaststroke, or if badminton must focus on the singles sector.

In short, all types can apply anywhere, but later the STIFIn master coach will direct them, using the first and second rank suitability standards, as well as other considerations utilizing the master coach’s expertise. The master coach here does not have to be FP, it can be someone else who has passed the level IV workshop. If the direction from the STIFIn master coach has been approved by the parents and the child concerned, then the target will be granted.

It is important to note that the STIFIn standards for schools or universities may only be implemented if they are in accordance with the first and second ranking standards, while the third ranking can only be applied to people who are already in the wrong profession and want to continue pursuing it (including because they do not have the guts to repent from their profession).

The pattern of STIFIn schools or universities is that each student is trained with the proportion: 80% by coach + 20% by teacher. And the total module must reach 10 thousand effective hours of deliberate practice. A school or university may use the name STIFIn if it has obtained a license from STIFIn Pusat.

Q 46: There have been 2 parents who are confused about their children who are very shy or not confident, and after the STIFIn test, the result was In. How do you provide a solution to the parents so that the child can be confident?

Answer: If shyness and lack of self-confidence come from the intelligence machine, it is not a disease. The personality that tends to be shy and lacks self-confidence is Sedan In.

First, parents should not assume that their child with In has problems even though he is shy or lacks confidence. However, parents still have to do something, don’t let him develop naturally. They have to do certain treatments so that his confidence will come quickly. The criteria for good treatment for him are: 1. make him feel useful (his presence helps others), or 2. make him feel used (chosen in various school and extracurricular activities), or 3. involve him in various activities, eliminate his daydreaming time, or the best 4. start his profession early such as: little chef, little entertainer, or little activist (such as PMR, scouts, green peace, donor institutions, etc.). God willing, he will then feel proud of his instincts.

Q 47: My child was put into an accelerated class, grades 3-5 were completed in 2 years, but it turned out he was able to do it even though he was in the lowest grade. Now he is in grade 6 preparing to face the National Exam. The parents admit that their child is very creative, but it does not support his academic side. So far, the child has been enrolled in various kinds of tutoring but it has not had a positive effect. What are STIFIn’s recommendations so that my child can be academically successful?

Answer: There is a year for him to succeed in the National Exam, so that he can get the best National Exam results, follow these steps:

  1. Buy UN books from the previous 5 years, ask him to study them and then ask him to make his own UN questions as a prediction for the 2012 UN. Discuss his version of the UN questions with his tutor or teacher to measure his ability.
  2. Repeat this method several times until the tutor feels that the child’s ability is 100%.
  3. His version of the questions from the first to the last is then made into a book. So that he is serious about studying and making his own questions, try to have his work made into a book and published. Find a sponsor! This is his family’s work.
  4. During the process of making questions, he should be accompanied by great tutors in order to produce great children.
  5. Do it for all subjects that are tested in the National Exam. Make this a serious project.

Why this proposal needs to be done, because people need to be stimulated in their creativity, predictions, thinking patterns, and creativity. They should not just learn in the usual way.

Of course, the child’s capacity needs to be considered. Measure the circumference of his head. If it is more than 56 cm, the project can be done. If the capacity is small, this method can still be done, but maybe the book will not have to be published by a large publisher, but rather published by his family themselves.

Q 48: Some STIFIn’ers ask about left-right brain balance. If he is right brained, the question arises how to balance with the left brain?

Answer: The head structure of every person is already the best. It is necessary to know which one is the most active (as an operating system). If the most active one is on the left, allocate a large investment to the left side, let the right side develop naturally. This means that there is no need to spend money to train the right side. But if it is just exercise to balance the brain hemispheres, it does not cost money, or other programs that do not cost money are okay to do.

It is important to understand that the brain works very integrated. If in person T, the left brain is trained well, then the results of the left brain training will spread its influence to all other hemispheres of the brain. The percentage of spreading is much higher if person T is trained other than the left brain, then the results of the training tend to be limited, both in the brain that is trained or in other types of brain. Why does this happen? Because only the operating system has a better spreading power to influence the other hemispheres of the brain. The balance of the brain at a certain level will happen by itself if the operating system is intensified. The balance level is only limited so that the other hemispheres of the brain can support the work of the operating system, not to the same level as the operating system.

Q 57: How do we explain the brand direction of each intelligence engine, I am not sure about my explanation to clients who ask this?

Answer: The definition of Brand Direction according to STIFIn is as follows:

The Si type has a brand direction on its volume scale. This means that if running a program, it must prioritize volume, so that its brand is known as a volume expert. An example of a figure is Tung Dasem Waringin when holding a seminar, he will sell prices as long as it is mass-market.

Type Se has a brand direction on its self-assurance. This means that if running a program, it must position itself that it can personally be a guarantor. An example of a figure is Chaerul Tanjung, known as a businessman who is a guarantee of quality for stakeholders in a wide business area.

Type Ti has a brand direction on its expertise. This means that if running a program, it must make its expertise its selling point. An example of a figure is Ciputra in the property business selling his expertise in the property sector as his brand strength.

Te type has a brand direction in its managerial process. This means that if running a program must be able to highlight its managerial strengths compared to other factors. An example of a figure is Tanri Abeng who is known as the ‘1 Billion Manager’ because he has positioned himself correctly as a great person in managerialship.

Li type has a brand direction on the quality of his work. This means that if running a program must be able to highlight the quality of his work that is unmatched. An example of a figure is Sri Mulyani who became the Director of the World Bank, the Best Minister of Finance in Asia, the 23rd Influential Woman in the world as proof of the quality of her work and thinking.

The type has a brand direction on its profit margin. This means that if running a program must be focused and significant which is characterized by the ability to get a large profit margin on its business. An example of a figure is Sukanto Tanoto who was named the richest person in Indonesia several times by Forbes because of his business that focuses on paper and palm oil, as a high-margin and long-term business.

Fi type has a brand direction in its leadership. This means that if running a program must show charisma and charm of its leadership. An example of a figure is Soekarno as an ideal example of the charisma of a leader whose charm even crosses the ages.

Fe type has a brand direction on its team and organization. This means that if running a program must activate human resources that strengthen the team and its organization. An example of a figure is Jacob Utama who made the KOMPAS Group great in forming great teams and organizations in the long term.

Type In has a brand direction at the level of its role. This means that if running a program must increase its level of role continuously at a higher level. An example of a figure is Jusuf Kalla as a figure who deserves the title: statesman, businessman, politician, peacemaker, activist, and community leader whose advice is always listened to because he always succeeds wherever he plays a role.

Q 58: What advice do you have for an adult Ti, who has the potential to grow but is trapped in the comfort of his current position? He graduated from psychology and now works in a private company with only 6 hours of work per day. His career path and expertise seem to be unoptimized. Give me some solid advice, sir?

Answer: I essentially divide the psychology of human motivation into 2 parts, namely:

  1. UNDERSTANDING stage, with stages: To Have, To Be, Identity, and Belonging.
  2. STRENGTH Stage, with stages: To Have, To Be, Identity, and Belonging

Every person who wants to be motivated must first know which side they are sitting on.

Then after knowing, just use the intelligence machine to inject the motivation. Also need to consider how it gets in through his genetic personality.

The main characteristic of Ti women is that they are too careful and often have a single dream. If they want to have a clothing store, they tend to want to be like that until they are old. And often their single dream is too realistic in the eyes of others (or a little pessimistic compared to their own abilities). It is their caution and idiosyncrasy that makes Ti women tend to be in the status quo, difficult to shift, even in a better (more challenging) direction.

He is not easily convinced by words, there must be many facts shown with other people’s success stories accompanied by an explanation of the stages of their success. Even then, he wants not just one person’s success story but several people. So that it becomes more reasonable data. Only after that does he feel that the change is close to his head. Because it is only his head that orders him to make changes.
