STIFIn Concept - Sensing

Sensing introvert (Si)

SI stands for Sensing introvert. . If the letter S stands alone, it is an identity as an Intelligence Machine (IMC). According to the STIFIn concept, there are only five types of Intelligence Machines, and S is one of the 5 IMCs. The identity of the Intelligence Machine changes into a personality when the IMC is coupled with the type of steering behind it. There are only two types of intelligence steering, namely i (introvert) and e (extrovert). Thus, Si has become a personality identity. S is written in capital letters because its influence as an IMC is greater than i which is written in lower case which only acts as an intelligence steering.

Sensing is someone who relies more on the senses of their body, there are introvert sensing and extrovert sensing.
Introvert sensing is the brain’s operating system located in the lower left hemisphere of the brain, the characteristics of introvert sensing are
Persistent, Detailed, Recorder, Disciplined, Careful, Enthusiastic, Encyclopedia, Workaholic, Punctual.
Career fields that are suitable for extrovert sensing are finance, transportation, defense, entertainment, journalist historian, and others.
While extrovert sensing (Se) is the brain’s operating system in the lower left hemisphere of the brain, the characteristics are adventurous, playful, demonstrative, generous, repetitive, harmonious, showing off, not attacking, endurance, experience.
While career fields that are suitable for extrovert sensing are economics, sports, military, hospitality, history, linguists, financial experts, traders, and others.

  • Brain Operating System

A simple definition of Sensing introvert is a personality type based on five-sense intelligence whose working process is driven from within to outside. The operating system of the Si type is in the lower left hemisphere of the brain or called the left limbic

  • Physical Typology

The Sensing Intelligence (S) Machine is actually identical to muscles. They have strong muscles. Strong muscles are caused by the S type having red muscles where aerobic energy is stored. Of course, the muscles must be used often so that the muscles develop to store more aerobic energy. The Si type is even more so because it is supported by the availability of batteries (chargers) in it, causing Si to seem to have strong power.

In addition to having a large athletic physical form (constitution), the Si type also has physical skills supported by gross motor skills. Muscles have the ability to remember which is stored in the part of the muscle cell called myelin. Trained muscles have more valuable myelin. The advantage of the S type lies in the price of its more trained myelin.

Type Si: White left limbic, Inside Out, Gross Motor, Athletic

Sensing extrovert (Se)

Se stands for Sensing extrovert. Thus, Se has become a personality identity. S is written in capital letters because its influence as an IMC is greater than e which is written in lower case which only acts as an intelligence steering.

Type Se: Left limbic gray, From outside to inside, Fine motor skills, Athletic

  • Special Characteristics

If using the perspective of the world of psychology (behavioral school), the personality of the Si type must have a distinctive behavioral trait that can be proven and measured that is different from the other eight personalities. There are ten items that can be proven to exist and can be measured psychometrically.

According to the STIFIn concept, these ten items are a permanent personality for the Si type, which will not change and will always exist as age increases. The ten (10) permanent traits are:

  • Persistent
  • Detailed
  • Recorder
  • Discipline
  • Careful
  • Spirited
  • Encyclopedia
  • Workaholics
  • Timely
  • Indifferent

As a whole person, the Si type has diametrical sides as follows: full of ambition but easily broken, obedient but there is a sense of competition, has a cruising soul but always wants to be accompanied by his sparring, becomes a dictionary of all problems but sometimes ‘blank’, tends to be chronological and fact-centric even though sometimes like a wild ball and suddenly believes in telepathy, a confident actor but sometimes becomes anxious, indeed tenacious and structured but accompanied by a chatter like Mr. Printilan.
Therefore, the Si type needs to be aware of his weaknesses and try to exploit his strengths. Usually if his strengths move to improve, then automatically the weaknesses of this type are covered by themselves.

  • Excess

The personality of this Si type has a uniqueness because it has the ability to remember more than the other eight personality types. This advantage can be equated with
memory intelligence or called MQ (Memory Quotient).
The Si type has advantages that automatically function in their way of working which is usually efficient. Treating their work with good output per input. Their work must be efficient. The way they spend their expenses is so economical. Including in sharing, the Si type is very
economical. Rather than being told to share too much, the Si type chooses to help in other ways that take their energy. This type prefers to help

Si Type: Memory Quotient (MQ), Efficient and Economical

  • Chemistry

The Si type is actually a candidate for rich people, because they have chemistry with wealth. It’s just that to get it, the Si type must pursue the wealth with tenacity. If you want to succeed in getting wealth well, then the Si type must find a stage to increase your productivity.
The tenacity of the Si type is not done blindly, but from the beginning setting up a stage so that he can appear to show off his skills. To get the stage, he must organize from the bottom until he finally reaches the highest level of his stage play.
The stage here does not always mean a performance stage, although that is indeed his priority, but this stage can have a broader meaning. Including the business stage. For example: the success of showing the skills of managing investor money with a safe and impressive return on investment (ROI).
The investment business is used as his stage through efficient and reliable financial management skills. So that after being shown, it makes many parties interested in entrusting their investment to him. Let’s say because this Si type has a stage in the form of a bank or financial institution.

  • Role

With strong muscle function, the Sensing Intelligence Machine (S) prefers the type of work that requires tenacity. This type has greater stamina compared to other types. Then combined with intelligence based on the five senses, the muscle function will make the S type like sweaty work. That is also what makes the S type choose a role as a player who is on the field or on stage, compared to being a person behind the scenes.

If the S type is driven from within – making the Si type appear more confident. That makes the Si type like to be a person who appears and plays a role as a player, one of the various activities he is engaged in. Such as being an athlete, singer, artist, worker, or even if he becomes a businessman, then he will take part in handling his business.

  • Targets and Expectations

Thanks to being diligent and not easily tired, the Si type has a large number of social relationship connections. The number of relations visited or contacted each day is greater than
other types. The Si type has a target of getting connections from all directions needed to complete the task or has been done, the Si type hopes to be able to harvest
the results (yielding).

  •  Brand Direction

Consistent repetition of activities results in the Si type having a brand attached to him as someone who successfully produces large quantities. The Si type brand is known as someone who always succeeds in increasing the scale of his performance volume. For example: if he chooses a transportation business, the Si type always succeeds in increasing the number of passengers. If he becomes a linguist, then the number of vocabulary words that he has successfully recorded is so amazing.

  • How to Learn

If someone with the Si type wants to improve their learning method, then do it by recording new vocabulary. Each term or lesson is repeated by rephrasing it in a variety of ways. In addition, learning using teaching aids is also important because visual appearance will increase the recording of information that sticks to the Si type’s memory. Even the teaching aids need to be played in order to get their own experience.
Trying and experiencing directly is the most effective learning process for the Si type. Forms of repetitive exercises are a very good way to function their myelin. The more often they are practiced, the more myelin will develop and form, the more this type’s skills will increase.

Learning while moving will actually make the Si type more comfortable and can extend the learning period if done while moving. For the Si type, the most effective way to raise motivation to learn and work is if given sparring (a training partner who is also a competitor), because this type really needs ‘real pull’. The Si type cannot be motivated using imaginary competitors, because their sensory intelligence will only work if the competitor is real. The more this type wants to ‘move up a class’, the higher the level of sparring that must be presented.

  • Choice of School/Profession

The main priority when choosing a major or profession for the Si type should be directed to one of the following five industry choices, namely the financial industry, language, transportation, trade, entertainment.
Furthermore, other choices of majors or professions that are suitable for the Si type are as follows: economist, athlete, soldier, hotel business, historian, banker, land, doctor, journalist, artist, manufacturing, pilot, flight attendant, model, actor/artist, salesman, plantation, agriculture, animal husbandry, administration, secretary, librarian, operator, employee/staff, singer, factory worker, security, naturalist painter, photographer, cameraman, presenter, dancer, field worker in various sectors, and others.
In the future, the choice of professions will be increasingly diverse. However, if you want to choose a major or profession, the benchmark for the Si type is to consider its four keywords, namely:  remembering, muscle, diligent, and moved.

This means that the major or profession that should be chosen by the Si type is dominated by elements that require memory, require muscle, and rely on the diligence factor to master it, and are moved by themselves because the Si type is indeed called to that major or profession.
