Thinking introvert (Ti)
Ti stands for Thinking introvert. If the letter T stands alone, it is an identity as an Intelligence Machine (IMC). According to the STIFIn concept, there are only five types of Intelligence Machines, and T is one of the 5 IMCs. The identity of the Intelligence Machine changes into a personality when the IMC is coupled with the type of steering behind it. There are only two types of intelligence steering, namely i (introvert) and e (extrovert). Thus, Ti has become a personality identity. T is written in capital letters because its influence as an IMC is greater than i which is written in lower case which only acts as an intelligence steering.
- Brain Operating System
A simple definition of Thinking introvert is a personality type based on logical intelligence whose work process is driven from within to outside. The operating system of the Ti type is in the upper left hemisphere of the brain or called the left cerebrum or abbreviated as the left brain. In the left brain, the steering wheel of intelligence of this type is in the white layer located on the inside. The white left brain is the operating system of the Ti type.
The white layer has a denser brain texture because it contains more brain cells. The higher density compared to the outer layer makes the intelligence steering wheel move from the inside out. This causes the ‘master of the body’ to finance the need to turn his head himself. The energy that comes to process the left brain comes from the Ti type itself.
- Physical Typology
The Thinking (T) intelligence machine is actually identical to bones. They have large and strong bones. With a pycnic body shape (constitution), the bone element is proportionally dominant. It is called pycnic because the body size is smaller than other types while the bone volume is the most dominant compared to other types.
As a result, the skeleton supports a lighter load so that it is easy to move here and there. That is why it is called a picnic. Moreover, the Ti type is supported by the availability of a battery (charger) in it, causing this Ti type to seem to have powerful bones. Although the proportion of bones is more dominant than its body size, in general the T Intelligence Machine is lazy to move. In fact, this MK should be easy to move. This is because the energy available from this MK tends to be sucked up by the head. The use of energy by the head can consume a lot of energy, making this MK lazy to move.

- Special Characteristics
If using the perspective of the world of psychology (behavioral school), the personality of Ti must have a distinctive behavioral trait that can be proven and measured that is different from the other eight personalities. There are ten items whose existence can be proven and can be measured psychometrically.
According to the STIFIn concept, these ten items become a permanent personality that will not change and will always exist along with the increase in age. The ten (10) permanent traits are:

As a whole person, the Ti type has the following diametrical sides: very logical but when stuck, relies on factor x, manages great but is afraid to get out of his zone, behind his independence this type keeps secrets and ‘masks’, he is actually aggressive but also wants to be ‘served’.
In addition, the Ti type judges in black and white, but is easily provoked, is observant and objective but sometimes fails to capture the contextuality of the big picture, becomes a skilled profit machine but is often trapped by trivial things.

and try to exploit his strengths. Usually if
his strengths improve, then automatically
the weaknesses of this type will be covered by themselves.

The personality of the Ti type is unique because it has the ability to reason deeply in the form of mastery of technology, machines, and mechanics that exceeds the other eight personality types. This advantage can be equated with technical intelligence or called TQ (Technical Quotient).
The Ti type has advantages that automatically function in its way of working which is usually effective. This type treats its work with standard output that must be high. This type of work must be effective and produce high certainty. In the end, the Ti type will manage the process and organize the system so that in the end the activity runs in a way that is full of certainty.

Ti types should not run a business that does not have a permanent footprint/headquarters/office/workshop. This will cause their business to be unstable and unstructured. This type must start from a certain location and grow it
until it is big. That location is the footprint that will make Ti types achieve the throne as their power.

This is what makes type T considered to be cool-handed. Every problem that is its responsibility can be solved well. Then if the ability of the head is combined with a strong bone character, it will give birth to a steadfast and stubborn personality.
If type T is driven from the inside out – becoming type Ti will appear more independent. That makes this type like the role of someone who masters problems and can work alone like an expert.
The expertise of this type becomes more specific, for example like a specialist. This is because the way the steering works comes from the inside out so that it has its own driving engine to pursue or dig into problems specifically and deeply

In this type, he is used to reasoning readings to get the logic of the content and essence of the reading. The left brain of the Ti type always needs ‘fooding’ by thinking, or basically he likes to think, whether asked or not. The end result causes the Ti type to be the person who reads the most textbooks and at the same time becomes the person with the highest level of mastery of the content of the lesson.
Even though not motivated, the Ti type already has the independence to learn. But to increase or maintain his motivation, this type can be encouraged by giving recognition from people he respects. Recognition is different from praise. Recognition is more like an award or recognition that he has made progress and is given by people he respects, such as his parents or teachers or seniors or even from opponents he respects.

This means that the major or profession chosen is dominated by elements that require reasoning power, rely on strong principles or even professions that really rely on bones in the true sense (such as cycling, taekwondo, running, breaststroke swimming, etc.) and can utilize their independence in working, as well as fields that require depth or specialization such as engineers or technocrats.
